Cysticercosis is a parasitic infection caused by Taenia solium, and occurs worldwide but endemic to countries in Central South America, Africa various parts of Asia. Outside areas, common presentations included central nervous system infections rarely muscle infections. We present case report 32-year-old man presenting with soft tissue lesion his left trapezius muscle. The was imaged MRI suspected be sarcoma. biopsy performed, revealing the unusual finding organism, keeping solium.
